If you are looking for a new or used vehicle this is the place to go. Great customer service both in the sales, finance, and service department is what makes a repeat customer. We left this dealership about 2 years ago and we are extremely happy to be back. To be honest we would go where ever Carlos Parker goes, he has always taken care of us and he’s a very trustworthy and reliable person. He introduced us to Michael Warlick, and brought us back to the Lithia. Cory works out of town on the North Slope so when he is home his time with our family is very valuable. Michael worked with Cory over the phone, email, and via texting to help him find the perfect new truck and price for us while he was on the slope. This made our transaction once Cory came home go quickly and smoothly. One thing we also missed when we originally left Lithia was their top-notch service department. Shana Lindsay has always taken great care of us when we had a problem with our vehicles. She would go above and beyond to make sure we were properly taken care of and always had our vehicle back to us on time. We trust her word a 100% and her mechanics have never let us down.
