On our cross-country adventure all the way from Georgia, the turbocharger on my truck failed. Grace and the service department team got on our issue immediately and, although I had been told by many folks it may take a month for them to get the parts and get our truck fixed, Grace was able to get the part overnighted and the repair was done in one day, and the following day we were back on the road. In the realm of vehicle break-downs, and being so far from home, I’d say they qualify as lifesavers to us! Thank you service department, and especially Grace for calming our nerves, working with us, and going the extra mile to get us back on the road!
