Exceptional

Trent with the service department has been absolutely phenomenal. Helped us get her car from Fairbanks to Anchorage to be worked on. The vehicle came out within a couple of days and then they held onto it for a week until we could get down to get it. I have nothing negative to say about Trent and the BMW dealership and look forward to working with them in the future.

Brought vehicle in for oil change and was done in a few hours and rep kept me abreast of the car status
